DDTOP Group Participated in the Drafting of National Standards for Transmitters

DDTOP Group participates in the drafting of national standards for transmitters of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Process Measurement Control and Automation.

On 25th March, the drafting meeting of the national standard for transmitters of the National Technical Committee for Industrial Process Measurement Control and Automation was successfully held. As a representative of the industry, DDTOP Group was honored to be invited to attend this meeting and participate in the drafting of the national standard for transmitters.

Liu Feng, Deputy Director of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Process Measurement Control and Automation, Zhou Xuelian, Secretary General of the Sub-Technical Committee for Control Instruments and Devices and Industrial Control Computer Systems, Zhang Xinguo, Deputy Secretary General, and Xu Dechi, Deputy Director of Tianchang Science and Technology Bureau. Experts, professors and well-known entrepreneurs from the instrumentation industry across the country attended this meeting. Since its establishment in 1992, DDTOP Group has made remarkable achievements in the field of domestic automation control processes, and in recent years has participated in the drafting of domestic and international industry standards for many times. DDTOP Group participated in the drafting and development of the national standard <Displacer Level Meter> in 2008, <Target Flow Meter Calibration Procedures> in 2010, < Measurement of Fluid Flow in Closed Pipes V-Cone Flow Measurement Flow Element> in 2013 and the <ISO5167-6 Wedge-shaped Flow> in 2015.

The meeting was introduced by Zhang Xinguo, Deputy Secretary General of the Control Instruments and Devices, Industrial Control Computer Systems Sub-Technical Committee, who introduced the organization and implementation of the National Standards Drafting Group. The meeting considered the draft standard “General Procedures for All Types of Transmitters” and discussed in depth and formed a consensus on the scope of application, definition of terms, technical requirements, test methods and many other aspects of the industry standard.

In the future, DDTOP Group will remain committed to being the backbone of the standardization process of domestic instrumentation and to be the “Chief Automation Control Safety Expert” for our customers in the industry.
