Global Energy Expo | DDTOP’s Middle East Tour: A Global Energy Feast Begins

2025-11-07

On November 3, the 41st Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition (ADIPEC 2025) commenced at the Abu Dhabi National Convention and Exhibition Center. Co-hosted by DMG Group and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), this industry flagship event runs through November 6, attracting 2,250 exhibitors from 172 countries and 205,000 industry professionals. As one of the world’s top three oil and gas trade shows, this year’s edition centers on the theme “Energy, Intelligence, Impact” with 17 exhibition halls and four specialized zones including AI-driven digital transformation and decarbonization. The event comprehensively covers the entire oil and gas value chain—from exploration and development to hydrogen technology and carbon capture and storage—positioning itself as a pivotal platform for global energy transition discussions.

Zhang Yiding, General Manager of DDTOP Group, personally led the core team to showcase their intelligent metering solutions. As an ADNOC-certified network supplier, the team has become deeply integrated into the global smart energy wave.

Based on the technical accumulation in the field of automation instrumentation, DDTOP Group’s exhibits this time are precisely matched with the needs of the four featured exhibition areas, and have attracted wide attention in the decarbonization and artificial intelligence exhibition area:

AI-powered intelligent liquid level instrument: Equipped with self-developed algorithms, it enables real-time monitoring and risk warning in oil and gas exploration scenarios, with data response speed 40% faster than traditional equipment, and has been stably applied in ADNOC related projects;

Low-carbon compatible flow monitoring system: Customized for emerging fields such as hydrogen storage and transportation, carbon capture (CCUS), and other fields, it can withstand extreme working conditions and help customers achieve accurate traceability of carbon emission data;

The complete series of compliant product portfolio: All exhibits are certified by international standards including IECEx and ATEX, meeting the stringent industrial requirements of the Middle East region, making them the prime focus for on-site inquiries.

During the exhibition, General Manager Zhang Yiding held in-depth discussions with ADNOC’s procurement team and Saudi Aramco’s technical experts on topics including ‘digital oilfield development’ and ‘localization of low-carbon equipment supply.’ Leveraging their proven project delivery expertise and technical compatibility, the negotiations covered two key areas: instrument supply and O&M services.

The Middle East is accelerating its strategic layout, and the blueprint for globalization is taking shape

The remarkable performance at this exhibition is the inevitable outcome of DDTOP Group’s deep cultivation in the Middle East market. As an ADNOC-certified grid supplier, the group has been deeply involved in multiple oil and gas development projects in the UAE, with its product stability endorsed by authoritative international giants. More notably, DDTOP successfully entered the Saudi market in 2024, with its first overseas factory already under construction. This exhibition serves as a crucial window to demonstrate its “nearby supply and rapid response” service capabilities to Middle Eastern clients.

“The UAE Vice President’s emphasis on’ technological innovation leading energy transition ‘at the opening ceremony is highly consistent with DDTOP’s development direction,” said General Manager Zhang Yiding in an on-site interview. “The Saudi factory will focus on the localized production of smart meters, complementing our service center in the Middle East to build a full-chain system of ‘R&D-production-service,’ contributing China’s intelligent manufacturing strength to global energy sustainability.”
